About the race
The Cresskill 5K is a community road race held in Cresskill, New Jersey, with its start/finish area at the Benedict Romeo Community Center, 100 3rd St, Cresskill, NJ 07626. The course is USATF certified and a course map is made available to participants. Proceeds support local health, education, and family services: 100% of entry fees are directed to the Cresskill Health and Wellness Foundation and the Badges & Books Relief Project, funding local schools, community wellness programs, and Bergen County families in need. Sponsorships are organized to raise additional funds for the Cresskill Board of Health and the event’s charity partner. The event schedule includes post-race activities such as live DJ music and post-race refreshments.
The program also features shorter running events for children and families, including a 1-Mile Fun Run and the Diaper Dash. The race is presented by the Cresskill Board of Health and the Cresskill 5K Committee. A course map and event information are provided by the organizers.
