About the race
The Cracovia Półmaraton Królewski (Cracovia Royal Half Marathon) is an international mass running event held in Krakow. The race covers a distance of 21.0975 km and features a certified course. One of the event's most distinctive features is the finish line located inside the TAURON Arena Krakow, the largest sports and entertainment hall in Poland.
The course is marked at every kilometer from 1 to 21. Refreshment stations providing water, isotonic drinks, fruit, and sweets are located at approximately the 4th and 13th kilometers. Additional hydration points featuring only water are situated near the 9th and 17th kilometers. Medical points and toilet facilities are positioned along the route, as well as at the start and finish areas.
Participants must complete the race within a 3-hour time limit. There is an additional requirement to reach the 10th-kilometer mark within 90 minutes. Runners are organized into various start zones based on their declared times.

The event is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old on the day of the race. The registration is limited to 18,000 participants. The organizers provide several categories, including age groups, a general classification for Polish citizens, and specific categories for athletes with visual or hearing impairments.
