Cowboy Ramble Run & Rhythm
Cowboy Ramble Run & Rhythm is the second annual western themed 5K organized by Arts of the Pamlico to support preservation of the Historic Turnage Theatre. The event takes place in Washington, North Carolina on 04/10/2027 at 307 W. Main Street.
The event is presented as a western themed fun run that combines running with community activities and a country music concert at the Historic Turnage Theatre following the 5K. Registered participants receive a cowboy bandana and there are free events and activities before and after the run.
Registration fees are specified by age: $35 for individuals 19 years and older and $25 for participants 18 years and under. Arts of the Pamlico members receive a $5 discount. Registration opens 05/02/2026 and closes 04/10/2027.
Awards include medals for Top Overall Male and Top Overall Female and participation medals for each runner. Additional medals are awarded for a costume contest recognizing best cowboy and best cowgirl outfits at the country music concert after the running event.
