Course Esprit-Sain - Suicide Prevention
Course Esprit-Sain is a fundraising run and walk held at Collège Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption (CNDA) in Nicolet. The event offers multiple distances and a donation option, with 100% of registration fees directed to suicide prevention causes and youth mental health initiatives. Since 2014 the event has returned a total of $245,500, including $182,000 to the Fondation Prévention du suicide Accalmie.

The course is largely non-asphalt trail, without elevation changes, and is accessible to racing wheelchairs and strollers. Animals are not allowed on site or the course. Aid stations use reusable cups; there is one station on the 3 km course, two on the 5 km, four on the 10 km and eight on the 21.1 km. A water station will also be available on site and participants are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle.
Parking is available at the École nationale de police du Québec next to the site. Toilets and a changing area are provided on site, and there is a toilet on the course near the soccer fields behind École secondaire Jean-Nicolet.
Bib pickup is available Friday October 16 at the CNDA sports complex from 16:30 to 19:30, or on race day 60 minutes before each start. Participants are asked to arrive at least one hour before their start time. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
