Course Esprit-Sain - Suicide prevention
The Course Esprit-Sain - Suicide prevention takes place on October 18, 2026 at Collège Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption (225, rue St-Jean-Baptiste, Nicolet).

The course has no elevation gain and is mostly unpaved trail. It is accessible for racing wheelchairs and strollers. Animals are not allowed on site or on the course.
Bib pickup is Friday October 16 at the Complexe sportif CNDA from 16:30 to 19:30, or on race day 60 minutes before one’s start. Parking is available at the École nationale de police du Québec (350, Rue Marguerite d'Youville) next to the event site.
Toilets and a changing area are available on site; an additional toilet is located on the course behind École secondaire Jean-Nicolet near the soccer field entrance.
Refreshment points use reusable cups. Water stations per distance: 1 on 3 km, 2 on 5 km, 4 on 10 km and 8 on 21.1 km. A water refill station will be available on site and participants are advised to bring a reusable bottle.
One hundred percent of registration fees are given to the cause. Since 2014 the event has donated $245,500 total, including $182,000 to the Fondation Prévention du suicide Accalmie and $63,500 to regional schools.
