Course aux Dahus

The Course aux Dahus is a trail running event held in St Gilles du Mené, featuring two distances of 8 km and 15 km through scenic paths and woodlands, offering a true trail experience with elevation changes. This year marks the 16th edition, and the event is part of the LCBC Challenge, allowing participants to earn points for the final standings. A notable addition for 2024 is the inclusion of athletes from the French Adapted Sports Federation, promoting inclusivity.
