Corpuscle Shuffle 5K Run & Walk
The Corpuscle Shuffle 5K Run and Walk is an ImpactLife fall event held on October 3, 2026 for staff, blood donors, volunteers, and supporters. Participants follow a course through the hills on city streets near ImpactLife headquarters and regroup afterward at Five Cities Brewery for an awards ceremony and a post-race gathering. Five Cities opens early for the event and offers a complimentary breakfast for participants.

The 5K course includes mile markers, is chip timed, and is patrolled at key intersections by the Bettendorf Police Department and race volunteers. The event welcomes runners and walkers with strollers, and well-behaved dogs on leash are allowed; recreational motorized bikes and scooters are not permitted. Packet pickup is available the day before at the ImpactLife lobby (5500 Lakeview Parkway, Davenport, IA) and on race morning at the event location.
With support from sponsors and registrations, the Corpuscle Shuffle raises more than $20,000 annually for the LifeSavings Grant program. Schools that host blood drives with ImpactLife receive a $250 grant plus $1 for each registered blood donor; grants may be used for books, equipment, technology, scholarships, or donations to other nonprofits.
