Copythorne Carnival Run 5k/10k
The Copythorne Carnival Run is scheduled for Monday 8th June 2026 and offers village road races with real-time chip timing and bespoke finisher medals. For the first time, bespoke design technical T-shirts are available to purchase with entry.
Distances:
- 5 km single lap
- 10 km two laps of the 5 km course
Race number collection is available on the event evening and in advance at Up & Running in Chandlers Ford and at the Copythorne Scout HQ the weekend before the event. Live music is planned, and a barbecue run by the Explorer Scouts will sell hot dogs and burgers; hot drinks will be available from a barista. The retail partner Up & Running will provide race bibs and prizes.
Water will be provided on the route by The Compass Pub at Winsor and by local residents. At the finish line there will be water available for entrants to refill their own bottles to reduce single use plastic.
Transfers are accepted only once a distance has sold out, and entrants are responsible for any exchange of funds between them. Deferrals and withdrawals will not be accepted. Children under 11 must run with an adult. Parking is available at Copythorne Parish Hall, approximately a ten minute walk away, and entrants are requested to car share where possible.
