Cook Forest, Highland Fall Scramble
The Highland Fall Scramble is a trail race held on October 25, 2026 in Cooksburg, PA. The event covers a 12 Miler along the North Country Trail, beginning at the intersection of Miola Road and finishing at Shelter No. 1 in Cook Forest State Park. The course includes remote sections of the NCT and follows natural singletrack and forest paths.
There is one aid station at mile 6. The aid station provides water, an electrolyte drink, pretzels or chips, candy and other snacks.
Parking is provided at the Log Cabin Environmental Center on Forest Road. Shuttle pick up for transport to the race start is located at the same parking area.
Bib pick up takes place at Shelter No. 1 the morning of the race. Registration closes on October 11, 2026. The listed entry fee is USD 66.25. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
