Conquering with Canaan 5K, Mason OH
Conquering with Canaan 5K is a fundraising event organized by Conquering with Canaan, a nonprofit that supports families of children diagnosed with congenital heart disease. Proceeds will benefit inpatient families and research in the Cardiac Unit at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Run divisions span youth through 70 and over; walk divisions cover multiple adult age categories including 80 plus. Awards are given to top male and female runners and walkers, with age group awards presented immediately following the event. The race will be professionally chip-timed by Running Time Race Services. T-shirts are included with registration for those who sign up by April 1, 2026.
Post-event activities listed by the organizer include a kids fun run, an awards ceremony, refreshments and kids activities. Registration details note tiered fees for adults and children based on registration date, free onsite parking, and a no refund policy. Strollers, baby joggers and wagons are allowed but must be used by registered participants.
