About the race
The Phoenix Pride Community Unity 5K is the second annual Community Unity 5K Walk/Run held in Phoenix on November 15, 2026. The event is organized by StartLine Racing and is associated with the Phoenix Pride Community Foundation.
The event offers both an in person 5K and a virtual run. Packet pick up is available the day before the race at Phoenix Pride, with additional packet pickup at the race location on event day. Mail in registrations are accepted until November 11, 2026. Virtual participants with US addresses receive a mailed packet the week following the event.

Registration fees vary by registration period; listed price points include $35 plus a processing fee, $40 plus a processing fee, and $45 plus a processing fee. Virtual registration uses a single price point listed at $35 plus a processing fee. Race day registration is more expensive.
All participants receive a custom finisher medal and a custom dri fit tech t shirt, with a $5 reduction available for the no shirt option. The event uses chip timing with real time results and course photos available online and via mobile apps. Age group awards are offered for multiple age brackets and additional awards include top overall finisher, largest team, top individual fundraiser, top team fundraiser, and best dressed team.
Course rules note that wheelchairs, strollers and wagons are welcome, while roller blades, skateboards and motorized devices are not allowed. Leashed pets are permitted and a common start and finish line means there is no bag check. This event is rain or shine with no weather refunds.
