Cold Aston School Colour Fun Run

This community colour run and walk is set on private land next to Cold Aston School. Participants are asked to respect the land and either take litter home or use the bins provided. The setting is described as private land beside the school and the organisers note their gratitude to the landowners for access.

All entry fees, donations, and sponsorship will fund an eco toilet for the Cold Aston School playing field, with a target to have it in place by summer 2027. The improved facility is intended to allow children to spend more time learning outdoors in greater comfort.

Event distances and age guidance:

• 5.2 km, Ages 8 to 130, entry £15, undulating and multi terrain
• 1.6 km, Ages 4 to 130, entry £15, undulating and multi terrain
• 300 m, Family Fun Run for all ages, entry £10, flat playing field

Each ticket includes an event T shirt, paint, and a medal. Refreshments on site include bacon baps and salad baps hosted by Cold Aston School parents, and hot drinks, water, and cakes hosted by the Cold Aston Village Hall Committee. The event is supported by Wreal Sport, The Midcounties Co operative, Bobs Bogs, Freedom Leisure, and The Nuttery at Notgrove Hub.
