Coast Guard Marathon
The Coast Guard Marathon is designated as the Official Race of the United States Coast Guard and is held in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The event period is listed for April 1 to April 30, 2027, with in-person race activities scheduled in early April, including events on April 3 and April 4, 2027. Races use waterfront streets and parts of U.S. Coast Guard Base Elizabeth City, including a runway at the base and course sections around the Blimp Hanger.

In-person components include community activities over the race weekend and a pre-race pasta luncheon at Seven Sounds Brewery prepared by U.S. Coast Guard Culinary Specialists.
