Event Overview
This is the 10th annual Clinton Historic Half Marathon & 5K in Clinton, Missouri. The event supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Henry County, with all proceeds going to that organization.
Course Details
The course passes several historical landmarks in Clinton, including the Anheuser-Busch building, Artesian Park, and the downtown Clinton Square. Part of the course is on the Katy Trail, which is described as pea gravel and narrow. The route includes areas that cross railroad tracks.

Participant Information
Registration includes a short-sleeve cotton race shirt, a custom bib number (personalized for half marathon participants), and a finisher's medal. Packet pickup is available on Friday before the race at the Clinton Rotary Building (200 W. Franklin Street) and on race day near the start line.
The half marathon has a 4-hour time limit. Participants on the course after 11:00 AM may find water stations and course support reduced, and their time may not be recorded. Strollers are permitted, but the course includes railroad crossings and a narrow gravel trail section. There is no bag check, but parking is available near the start/finish line.
Awards
Awards are given to the overall male and female winners, overall masters male and female winners, and the top three finishers in standard age groups. The overall male and female winners of the half marathon receive a $200 cash prize. The event is also part of the Hometown Half Series; completing five of the seven races in the series earns an additional medal.
Policies
There are no refunds for any reason. Registrations cannot be deferred to a future year or transferred to another person. The event proceeds regardless of rain, cold, or snow, but may be canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
