Clear Creek Ultra
The Clear Creek Ultra is an event held on private trails near Crystal Springs, Mississippi, with the start and finish at 1074 Rhymes Road. The course is a single track, one mile loop that includes creek crossings and hilly sections. Runners may repeat the loop as many times as they wish within the event time window, from short efforts to a full 50k.
One aid station will be located at the start and finish area and will provide water, Tailwind sports drink, and food. Participants are encouraged to set up and use their own aid at the start/finish area as needed. A race clock will be available at the start/finish, and all participants must keep track of their lap count and self report final results into UltraSignup.
Registration costs $25 and covers food, drink, toilets, and other basic amenities. The event does not include a t shirt, individual or place awards, or other standard race swag. The organizer does not offer refunds, transfers, or deferrals, and no member discount will be applied for this event.
There is room for parking and camping at the start/finish so participants can camp over the weekend. The property is private; runners are asked to obtain permission before running the trails. Because the hosts keep dogs and chickens on site, attendees are requested to leave pets at home. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
