CINCO DE MILE 5 QUE : Fresno 5K
The CINCO DE MILE 5 QUE takes place on May 1, 2026 at Woodward Park in Fresno, CA. The program includes a main 5K run plus additional event options and children’s races. The event uses the park's group activity area as the start/finish location.

- 5 QUE ATHENA category (women over 185 lbs)
- 5 QUE CLYDESDALE category (men over 225 lbs)
- Kids run for children 10 and under
- 2 mile walk
The course is an out-and-back route along Woodward Park, alternating between paved bike trail and dirt road/trail, described as roughly half paved and half dirt. The 5K has age group awards in the following brackets: under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Athena and Clydesdale divisions receive separate awards. The 2 mile walk does not offer awards.
Included for participants are tacos, Mexican aguas frescas, a shirt, a unique medal, age group awards, and a participant bag. Children’s races include several short distances with top-three awards for boys and girls and participant shirts and medals. The event program also lists music, DJ, folklorico and Zumba performances, a Latin dance competition, and a best costume competition.
