Church Mountain

The Church Mountain race, organized by the Irish Mountain Running Association, takes place in County Wicklow. This challenging event covers a distance of 9.55 km with a climb of 545 meters, featuring a route that ascends to the summit of Church Mountain and loops through open mountain and forest trails. The course is fully marked and rated as moderately difficult.

Participants must carry mandatory safety gear including a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, whistle, charged mobile phone, and emergency blanket. The race starts near Drumreagh on the Hollywood Glen road, with parking and registration located about 700 meters away. Proceeds support cancer care and research.
