Cheshire Spring Half Marathon
The Cheshire Spring Half Marathon takes place on 21 March 2027 at the Cheshire County Showground, Clay House Farm, Flittogate Lane, Tabley, Knutsford WA16 0HJ. The event is a Half Marathon run on a professionally measured, rural road-closed course that passes around Pickmere and Arley Green.
The route is described as flat and fast with an elevation gain of 102 m. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned along the course. Water is provided at approximately every 5 km and there are portable toilets in the event village and about halfway on the course. There is a three hour cut off because of road closures, and the minimum age for entry is 17 years.
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post race goodies and a bag drop. Race pack collection and a secure baggage marquee are available in the event village. The village offers food and drink options and branded freebies from partners. Free parking is provided on site, though arrivals and departures may be affected by queues and delays.
The event is organised by RunThrough and uses professional timing and photography services as part of the event package. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
