Challenge Wānaka Multi
Challenge Wānaka Multi is a multisport event at Lake Wānaka, New Zealand, held on 17 October 2026. The event combines paddling, mountain biking and trail running with options for solo or team entries and a duathlon option that omits the kayak.
Competitors follow a course that includes a kayak across Lake Wānaka and downstream on the Clutha River, exiting at Albert Town. The bike section is not open to gravel bikes and uses a mix of farm track and technical single track, including riding along single track beside the Clutha River. The run uses the Outlet Track and finishes on the lakefront in the centre of Wānaka.
