Challenge Ruban Rose Lille
The Challenge Ruban Rose in Lille is scheduled as the 12th edition on 4 October 2026. The event combines walking and running options over two measured distances and places a village near the Citadelle at the Champs de Mars, with an additional meeting point listed as Placette de Munich.
The event day includes village opening with bib and t-shirt distribution, group warm-ups led by Les Cheervikings, VIP speeches with cheque presentations, musical animation during the afternoon, and an afternoon closure of the village. Organisers will publish detailed information about bib and t-shirt pickup no later than three weeks before the event.
Practical arrangements and safety measures are specified: the two north and south car parks of the Citadelle will be evacuated and closed for security; dogs are not allowed; the start area is accessible only to participants in sportswear, without bags and wearing a bib; a guarded cloakroom will be available and participants are asked to limit bag size to simplify security checks. The arrival zone is secured and visitors are asked to avoid crowding the refreshment area. Toilets are provided on the village and participants should report any suspicious behaviour to event staff.
