Case Creek Tails on Trails 2K and 5K Run/Walk

Participants receive a custom race bib, a finisher dog tag, and a post-race treat. A custom T-shirt is offered; participants who prefer no shirt can decline that option during registration. The event includes hydration stations and treats for canine finishers.
The event supports the Rock Island County Animal Care & Control Shelter and directs proceeds to aid animal care. Entry fees vary by age and registration period. Adults 16 years and up are listed in a range from $27.50 to $44.50. Children aged 5 to 15 have a listed fee of $15.50 when accompanied by an adult. Registration deadlines affect swag availability.
Safety and animal care rules are enforced: dogs must be on leash at all times, no retractable leashes, leash length must not exceed six feet per county code, no dogs under six months, no females in heat, no aggressive dogs, and all dogs must be current on vaccinations. Participants are asked to bring waste bags, keep distance from unfamiliar dogs, and avoid petting unfamiliar dogs.
