The Carrollton Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026 in Carrollton, GA 30117. The event offers a Half Marathon (13.1-mile) and two alternate entries: a Half Marathon 2-4 Person Relay (price per relay team member) and a Half Marathon Wheelchair/Pushchair. The half marathon and relay entries are open to ages 14 and older. Individual and relay registration include a Carrollton Half Marathon t-shirt, a finisher’s medal, and food and drink tickets for the post-race festivities. Race proceeds benefit the Carrollton Greenbelt and the Community Foundation of West Georgia.
Course and awards
The 13.1-mile course starts at Adamson Square, passes Lake Carroll, runs along the Carrollton GreenBelt, and finishes back at Adamson Square. The finish area includes a festival with music, entertainment, food, and drinks. Awards for the half marathon include cash prizes for overall male and female finishers (1st - $500, 2nd - $200, 3rd - $100) plus commemorative gifts and plaques. Masters and age-group top finishers receive commemorative gifts or custom insulated water bottles. Top relay teams receive commemorative gifts.
