Cape to Glen

Cape to Glen is a continuous 214 mile route along the Cape Wrath Trail from Cape Wrath to Glenfinnan. The route begins at Keodale, where participants take a ferry across and run to the Cape Wrath lighthouse before heading south toward the finish beneath the Glenfinnan viaduct.

The course is supported by five aid stations positioned along successive legs. Distances between key points are:
