Cape to Cabot

Cape to Cabot marks its 20th edition and is scheduled for Sunday, October 18. Registration opens on August 1 and closes on October 15. The entry fee is $80. NLAA membership or a day permit is required.

The course starts at Cape Spear and finishes at Cabot Tower and covers 20 km. Organizers provide runner resources including a runner's guide, event package details, kit pickup and health expo information, a race day schedule, training guidance, local information and accommodation suggestions, plus details on parking and buses to the start. The event also includes the Ian Ash Memorial Trophy.

Results and archives are published for past years. In 2025 the male and female winning times were 1:15:42 and 1:31:03 respectively. Overall results, age group results and searchable finish certificates are available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
