About the race
The Cape Breton Fiddlers Marathon is a road race event held in Sydney, Nova Scotia, on October 18, 2026. The course is a flat, paved route that runs along Sydney's downtown waterfront and serves as a Boston Marathon qualifying race. All races start and finish at Victoria Park.
