Cannock Chase Off Road Duathlons : 2026

Cannock Chase Forest in Rugeley, WS15 2UQ, will host Sprint and Standard off road duathlons. The forest is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and features forest, open heathland, and gravel trails. These surfaces are used for both running and cycling routes.

All running and cycling routes are off road and suitable for Gravel, CX, or Mountain Bikes. Live chip timing will be used and results can be submitted towards British Triathlon Age Group qualifiers. A secure transition area is provided for competitors only; race numbers and bike numbers must match racking spots. Small bags or boxes are permitted inside transition. Bike numbers must be attached and helmets visible before entry, and numbers will be checked before leaving transition.

All finishers receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, a drink and a snack. Competitors may add a bespoke event T shirt to their entry for £12. A subsidised car parking charge applies and is payable after the event at Forestry England machines. Entrants must be aged 15 or over on 20/09/2026.
