Cannock Chase Forest hosts off-road duathlon races over trail and gravel terrain. The event takes place at Cannock Chase Forest, Rugeley WS15 2UQ, an area designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with forest, open heathland and gravel trails.

All running and cycling routes are off-road and suitable for gravel, cyclocross, or mountain bikes. Route maps are available to view.
The transition area is secure and for competitors only. Race number and bike number must match the racking spot; a small bag or box is permitted inside transition. Bike numbers must be attached and helmets visible before entry, and numbers will be checked before leaving the area.
Live chip timing is provided by Timing Up North and results can be submitted towards British Triathlon Age Group qualifiers. All finishers receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, and a drink and snack. A bespoke event T-shirt is offered for £12 as an add-on.
