Cancer Awareness Hybrid Challenge
The Cancer Awareness Hybrid Challenge is a team-of-two fitness event in Abu Dhabi held at Deerfields Mall. Teams complete a sequence of indoor and outdoor workout stations in a shared effort to support cancer awareness.
Both teammates complete the same sequence of tasks in order. The workout sequence includes:
- 150 synchronized burpees over the line
- 21,000 m row
- 3,200 m farmers carry
- 450 box step-ups
- 5,200 m sandbag hug carry
- 63,000 m BikeErg
- 73,000 m Air Runner
Two contest categories are offered with entry fees listed per team of two:
- Hammerhead Pro : AED 480 per team
- Hammerhead Intermediate : AED 380 per team
Weight standards are specified by contest and gender for the farmers carry, sandbag hug carry and box step-up movements. Mixed teams follow the male weight standard for the selected contest. The full workout takes place outdoors; participants are advised to wear suitable training footwear and bring water.
