Caledon Crusher 2026

The Caledon Crusher is a trail running event held along the Caledon Hills section of the Bruce Trail in Ontario. The course features singletrack and double track paths with technical segments and significant elevation gain. Navigation is guided exclusively by the white blazes of the Bruce Trail.

There are three available distances for participants:

  • 25 km: An out and back course starting from Mono Centre with approximately 850 m of elevation.
  • 50 km: A point to point route starting at Horseshoe Hill and finishing at Mono Centre, featuring 1200 m of elevation.
  • 72 km (End to End): A full traverse of the section from Creditview to Mono Centre with roughly 2100 m of elevation.

For the 50 km and 72 km events, mandatory gear must be carried, including a toque or beanie, cell phone, rain jacket, hydration pack, and a headlamp. Participants for these two longer distances are required to board a bus at the Mono Community Centre to reach their respective starting lines.

The event provides seven fully stocked aid stations along the route. Registered participants receive an event t-shirt and finishers are awarded a medal. Runners completing the 72 km distance also receive a custom Caledon Hills Bruce Trail badge. Free parking is available at the Mono Community Centre.
