Caledon Crusher

Caledon Crusher is scheduled for April 10, 2027 in Mono, ON, using sections of the Caledon Hills portion of the Bruce Trail and finishing at the TDSB Mono Outdoor Centre. Routes run along singletrack and double track with technical sections and sustained climbing. The course is point to point and marked using the Bruce Trail white blazes only; there will be no additional signage.

Distances offered include:

• ~25 to 27 km about 850 m elevation
• ~50 to 52 km about 1,200 m elevation
• ~72 to 76 km end to end about 2,100 m elevation

There will be seven fully stocked aid stations at approximate locations on the course with fluids, snacks and basic supplies; a drop bag location is noted near 32 km. Participants in the longer events start away from the finish and are required to pick up race kits at Mono Community Centre and board event transport to the start; the 25 km route starts and finishes at Mono Community Centre. Free parking is available at Mono Community Centre near the finish.

Mandatory gear for the 50 km and end to end events includes a toque or beanie, a cell phone with race director numbers, a rain jacket, a hydration pack or vest holding 1 to 1.5 L, and a headlamp for the finish. Early registrants receive a race bib, event T shirt, a soap bar, a finisher medal, an end to end badge for E2E finishers, free high resolution photos, and post race food. Awards are presented to the top three overall male, female and non binary finishers in each distance.
