Cabool - FoDU 5K for Hope
The Cabool - FoDU 5K for Hope is scheduled for October 3, 2026 in Cabool, Missouri. The event is a community 5K run and walk held at Cabool Second Baptist Church, 13475 Industrial Park Drive.
Race day includes on-site registration, check-in, and packet pickup. Participants who have already registered can pick up a swag bag and bib at the check-in area. There is ample free parking at the race site. The event is family friendly; strollers and dogs are allowed.
Course support includes one water stop along the route and water and snacks at the finish. Results will be posted after the event. A course map will be provided inside swag bags. Awards will be presented to top finishers in multiple categories, including first and second fastest male, fastest female, and first and second fastest male and female youth under 16. Additional donations will be accepted at the event.
A Ugandan marketplace with handmade items and a silent auction will take place during the event. The marketplace accepts cash, Venmo, and credit cards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
