Bulldog 5K Run and Costume Dash
The Bulldog 5K is a community running event held on the Pitt Community College campus in Winterville, North Carolina. The course is USATF certified and runs on pavement around the campus at 1986 Pitt Tech Rd. The event is organized by the PCC Student Government Association and the Department of Student Engagement & Leadership.
Participants of all ages are invited to wear costumes or character attire while running or walking. Masks and full-face coverings are not permitted, and obscene language or inappropriate images on costumes are prohibited. Packet pick-up is available on race day.
Registration opens August 10. Fee tiers are specified for PCC students and employees and for the general public, with reduced rates available before late-October pricing changes. Fees include a finisher certificate and a special gift for participants.
Proceeds support student clubs and organizations and help fund campus events, trips, and recognition ceremonies throughout the year. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
