Event Details
The Bulfinch Bee Run is a community event taking place on May 2, 2026, in Lancaster, Massachusetts. This is the fourth annual occurrence of the event. The event name is inspired by a large colony of bees discovered and rescued from a bell tower during a renovation in 2011.
The Course and Activities
The event features a single 5k distance. It is described as a community fun run, walk, or roll that takes place in the neighborhood surrounding Lancaster's historic Bulfinch Meetinghouse. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes. The event concludes with a post-race gathering on the lawn, which includes food, beer, prizes, and live music.

The event is open to ages 1 to 101. The standard registration fee is $30.
- For participants aged 0 to 5, registration is free.
- For participants aged 6 to 18, the fee is $20.
