Event overview
Bubble Run in Atlanta takes place at CoolRay Field, 2500 Buford Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 on May 9, 2026. The event uses a roughly 5 km course (described also as up to 3 miles) that includes multiple foam stations called Foam Bogs. Each Foam Bog uses colored foam and is staffed by volunteers called "Bubble-teers." The foam is described as 100% safe. The event includes a post-race Bubble Dance Party.
Logistics and race format
Waves of participants are released regularly; waves are described as starting every 3-5 minutes, and within heats small waves may be released every 60-90 seconds. Participants are asked to arrive 30-45 minutes before their registered wave. Packet pick up is scheduled for May 8 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 2500 Buford Drive. There may be a cash-only parking charge collected by the venue of up to $20. Participants are advised to bring cash for parking and on-site merchandise.
Registration packages and inclusions
Two registration types are offered: Value Registration and an Exclusive VIP Registration. The Value package includes a race bib, a 2026 finisher medal, access to foam stations, and the post-race Bubble Dance Party. The Exclusive VIP package includes VIP check-in plus additional items such as an event t-shirt, sunglasses, a bubble wand, a Bubble Run headband, a drawstring bag, and a silicone wristband.
