About the race
The DSW Bruggenloop Rotterdam is a winter running event held in December that routes runners across several of Rotterdam's iconic bridges. The main individual distance is 15 km and there is a separate Business Run for teams. The start and finish location is Stadion Feijenoord (De Kuip). The event includes time registration with an electronic chip mounted on the race bib; official results are based on gun time while net times are also published.
Practical details published by the organiser include a two hour time limit for the course, a minimum age of 16 years on the day of the event, and mandatory startwave allocation based on the runner's estimated finish time. Start numbers and ordered shirts are collected at Stadion Feijenoord during the event weekend. Participants receive a looplampje before the run and all finishers receive a commemorative medal, which can be engraved for an extra fee.
On course provision points supply AA Drink Iso Lemon, water and tea at specified kilometres, with additional items at the finish. Lockers are available only if reserved during registration; a large locker option is listed with dimensions and a fee. Transfers of start numbers are possible via the participant dashboard subject to an administration fee.
