Brigham 10K - Cockermouth
This event is a community road race of 10 km held in Brigham, Cockermouth on 25 April 2026. Registration is conducted at the social club where runners collect their race numbers; registration closes on 24 April 2026. Entry fees are listed as £14 for affiliated runners and £16 for unaffiliated runners, with 208 places remaining.
Parking is provided along Low Road; participants are asked not to use the church car park or Allerdale Yard behind the social club and to be considerate of traffic and other competitors when leaving. Closed headphones are not permitted during the race. First aid will be available on course and marshals should be alerted if medical assistance is required.
Water is supplied at approximately the halfway point and at the finish. A clay medal made by the children at St Bridget's CofE School will be presented to finishers. Additional refreshments, including baked goods and hot drinks, are available from the social club and a cake stall.
The event will be fully chip timed by Timing Up North Results. Prize giving will take place after the last runner has finished or at the appointed prize-giving time. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
