Breckerfelder Flower Power Ultra (BFPU)

The Breckerfelder Flower Power Ultra (BFPU) is an annual ultra-running event that takes place on the first Saturday in October. The event offers various distances, including 50 km, 100 km, and a 100-mile course. The 2024 anniversary edition will additionally feature two new loops of 30 and 31 km.

The course runs through fields and forests, as well as challenging single trails, and offers a total elevation gain of over 2,500 meters. The race is unmarked, and participants receive GPS tracks. The event is free of charge, but participants are expected to contribute to the provisions.
