Event options and distances:
- 13K run
- 5K run
- 1K kids run
- Virtual 5K
- Virtual 13K
- 14 Mile bike ride
- 21 Miles duathlon (bike plus 13K run)

The 14 Mile bike ride is described as an untimed fun ride with an aid station at the halfway point and medals at the finish. Virtual participants are mailed a bib, shirt, and medal. Registration fees vary by event; some events list separate fees for in-person and virtual entries. LA County charges $13 for parking at nearby lots and cash is accepted for that fee.

The event includes additional activities such as costume contests and an awards presentation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
