The 5 km and 10 km courses are GOLD certified by the Quebec Athletic Federation (FAQ). Cut-offs and recommended split times are set along the course for safety and event management.
Registration details include a deadline to receive a personalized bib: registrations completed at least 10 days before the event will receive a bib with a first name. Personalized medals must be added during online registration; all participants receive a standard BougeBouge finish medal. A finisher’s prize is given at the finish line and may vary by season (examples: cap, toque, bandana, key chain, t-shirt).
Participants are asked to dispose of waste in the correct containers and to bring a personal water bottle for refilling. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
