Boston Running Festival
The Boston Running Festival is an organised road-running event offering multiple race distances on an officially measured course. Race times are accredited and can be used as qualifying times for other marathons. Course materials and an elevation profile are available, and the event details list 12 water stations along the route.

Each event has a maximum entry capacity: Full Marathon 1300, Half Marathon 700, 10K 400 and Fun Run 100. Entries can be submitted online; there is a deadline for posted race packs in March and late entries may be possible into early April subject to booking-agent availability. Entry fees differ for UK-affiliated and other entrants and for age groups in the Fun Run category. Example fees published include Full Marathon £50/£48, Half Marathon £37/£35, 10K £30/£28, and Fun Run £15/£9 for adults and younger participants in education.
Cash prize values are listed for top finishers in each race: Full Marathon 1st £350, 2nd £250, 3rd £150; Half Marathon 1st £250, 2nd £150, 3rd £100; 10K 1st £200, 2nd £100, 3rd £75. Winners may also receive their age in sterling. Age-category prizes and some categories are noted as under review for 2027.
The event operates under a UKA / Run Events licence and requires entrants to accept UK Anti-Doping rules. A support-runner policy and an athletes-with-disability policy are in place; support runners may receive free entry plus a T-shirt and medal.
