Boo Bash Dash 2026
Boo Bash Dash is a Halloween themed running event held at the Robertson County Fair Grounds in Springfield, Tennessee. The event offers a short competitive race and a family oriented fun run on a paved course that uses a portion of the Springfield Greenway and follows Sulphur Creek.
- 5K paved course along the Springfield Greenway and Sulphur Creek
- 1 mile Fun Run/Walk along the greenway
The 5K course has only minor elevation and will be timed using chipped bibs. The Fun Run/Walk is not timed. Water is provided at the pavilion near the start and finish and at the halfway turnaround. Parking is available on the grounds. On-site check-in and in-person registration are available on race day; there is also an early check-in option the night before with details to be announced.
Finishers of both events receive a unique finisher medal. Additional 1st through 3rd place medals are awarded by male and female categories across several age groups, including 14 and under, 15 to 19, 20 to 30, 31 to 44, 45 to 55, and 56 and older. A costume contest enters all participants in costume for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes.
T-shirts are guaranteed only for participants registered by October 10. The event is rain or shine; organizers will cancel or delay only for hazardous weather conditions. There is a strict no refund policy; if the event is canceled, registration fees are considered a donation to a 501(c)(3) organization and shirts or items will be distributed when possible. Registration opens July 1, 2026. Fees listed by the organizer are $35 for the 5K and $20 for the Fun Run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
