Boo Bash Dash 2026
Boo Bash Dash is an October running event held at the Robertson County Fair Grounds in Springfield, TN (4635 US Hwy 41). The event features two distances and uses a portion of the Springfield Greenway along Sulphur Creek. The course for the longer distance is paved with only minor elevation changes. Water is available at the pavilion near start and finish and at the half-point turnaround. Parking is available on the grounds.
Distances:
- 5K timed with chip bibs and a paved course
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk untimed and family friendly
Registration fees and deadlines are listed for the event. The 5K has an early-bird fee through September 15, 2026 and a higher fee from September 16 through October 24, 2026. The Fun Run registration fee is $20. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations received by October 10th; walk-up registrants may not receive shirts. An early check-in opportunity is planned for Friday night, October 23rd, with location and time to be determined.
All finishers in both distances receive a unique finisher medal. Age group medals for 1st through 3rd place are awarded for male and female categories in these groups: 14 and under; 15-19; 20-30; 31-44; 45-55; 56 and older. A costume contest enters everyone wearing a costume, with prizes for first, second, and third place.
The event is rain or shine with a no refund policy; hazardous weather may prompt cancellation or delay and registrants will be notified by the email provided at registration and via social media updates. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
