Boo Bash Dash 2026
Boo Bash Dash takes place on October 24, 2026 at the Robertson County Fair Grounds in Springfield, Tennessee. The event features two distances:
- 5K race
- 1 mile Fun Run/Walk
The 5K follows a paved portion of the Springfield Greenway along Sulphur Creek and has only minor elevation changes. Water is available at the start and finish pavilion and at the half‑point turnaround. The 5K will be timed using chipped bibs; the Fun Run/Walk will not be timed. Parking is available on the grounds.
Registration opens on July 1. Fee information provided by the organizer includes an early rate for the 5K through September 15, 2026, a higher 5K fee through October 24, 2026, and a separate fee for the Fun Run. T shirts are guaranteed only for participants registered by October 10; walk-up registrants may not receive shirts. An early check‑in opportunity is planned for Friday evening, October 23, with location and time to be announced.
A costume contest will include all participants wearing costumes, with prizes for first, second, and third place. Every participant who crosses the finish line in either event will receive a unique medal. The event is organized to proceed in varied weather but may be canceled or delayed for hazardous conditions.
