- 42.195 km (Inlineskating)
- 5 km (Generali 5K)
- 4.2 km (mini-Marathon for youth)

The marathon course includes 15 refreshment stations. Water is provided at intervals starting from the 5 km mark. Specific locations also offer fruit, tea, and specialized sports nutrition like hydrogel-based energy drinks and gels. Participants have the option to provide their own specialized nutrition, which can be dropped off on the morning of the event to be transported to designated points along the route.
The finish line is located behind the Brandenburg Gate. In addition to running and inlineskating, the event results include categories for wheelchair athletes and handbikers. An accompanying Marathon Expo is also part of the event program. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
