The event is scheduled for March 15, 2026, at Waterfront parklands Haines Park on Best Street, Devonport, TAS, Australia. The start and finish are under the Elevated Walkway with a new city centre start/finish location.

There are under-16 entry options for the 10 km and 5 km events. The kids 500 m race is for children aged eight years and under and is not officially timed. Guardians may run with their children free of charge and can collect a guardian wristband at bib collection; guardians who wish to support a school challenge team total must register in a 1.5 km, 5 km, or 10 km event.
Free group training is offered to entrants of the 5 km and 10 km events, running weekly from January 7 until the day of the event.
