Blenheim 7k
The event takes place on 17 May 2026 at the World Heritage site Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire. It is a multi-race day held on the palace grounds and surrounding trails.
The main route is a 7k course listed as 7.4k that passes the palace and crosses the Grand Bridge. The 7k includes an off-road lakeside section; the course is undulating and may be demanding in places. The day also includes separate options for participants with dogs, for people pushing buggies or using wheelchairs, and a short run for children under 15.
Distances:
- 7k (7.4k): scenic route around palace, includes lakeside off-road section.
- 7k with dog: separate race for runners with dogs; leads and harnesses required.
- 4 miles: avoids lakeside off-road section for buggies and wheelchairs.
- 1 mile: fun run for under 15s.
The organisers advise that the 4-mile route is made to be suitable for wheelchairs and buggies but can still be challenging for wheelchair users; assistance may be brought. The 1-mile junior race starts before the other events finish so parents can watch their children and still take part in the main race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
