Blazin' Past Burns
Blazin' Past Burns takes place in Kingfisher, Oklahoma and is the third annual running event to promote the Oklahoma Firefighters Burn Camp. The event offers in-person and virtual options and is supported by local businesses.

The 5K is a down-and-back route and the 1-mile uses a loop on the Kingfisher Trails multi-purpose trails. The course has a single street crossing that will be controlled by volunteers.
Registration items include a unisex race t-shirt, a race bib with chip timing, and a swag bag, and there are options without a race shirt. All participants receive a finisher medal. Awards are given to overall male and female finishers and 1st through 3rd place in age groups ranging from 15 & under up to 70 plus.
Proceeds support the Oklahoma Firefighters Burn Camp, a summer camp offered free for children aged 6 to 16 who have suffered major burn or disfiguring injuries requiring hospitalization. The camp provides peers, adult survivor mentors, and an environment of support. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
