Black Hawk College 5K Hustle
Black Hawk College 5K Hustle is a run/walk/wheelchair event held at Black Hawk College, Building #1, 6600 34th Avenue, Moline, IL. Participants are asked to enter the campus through the 70th Street entrance and park in Parking Lot #1.
The 5K course runs on the roads through the rolling hills of the Moline campus. The wheelchair division uses a different course that is flat. Registration fees are listed by date: $25 plus online processing and taxes for registrations from July 12 to October 31, and $30 plus online processing and taxes for registrations from November 1 to November 6.
A post-race party will offer free fruit, cookies, and breakfast pizza. Door prizes include two $100 cash awards; winners must be present to receive those prizes. Awards are given to overall male and female finishers and to the top three in multiple age groups, including a wheelchair division. The first 175 registrants receive a fanny pack. Race day registration is held in Building #1 Student Lobby from 6:45 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. Proceeds benefit the Black Hawk College Physical Therapist Assistant Program students and the Black Hawk College Foundation.
