Black Bear Run 6K/12K : Engadine, MI
The Black Bear Run is the 44th annual running and walking event held in Engadine, Michigan, taking participants through scenic trails of the Hiawatha Sportsman’s Club. The course uses a combination of pavement and gravel surfaces.
Events include:
- 6K Run
- 12K Run
- 6K Walk
The 12K field starts at Engadine High School. 6K participants are transported to their start; buses depart from and return to Engadine High School, and participants may also be dropped off at the start location. Each registered runner receives a dry-fit t-shirt.
Awards are given to overall winners in trophy form. For each event and age division, first, second, and third place medals are awarded separately to male and female finishers. Age divisions are: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and up.
