The Bishampton Autumn Duathlon takes place on 11 October 2026 at Rise + Grind, Hill Furze Rd, Bishampton, Pershore WR10 2LZ (what3words: exhale.fruitcake.gateway). The event is organised by Worcester Triathlon Club. The event has a closing date of 10 October 2026.
Distances
- Standard: 6 km run, 28 km bike, 3 km run (minimum age 17)
- Short: 3 km run, 14 km bike, 3 km run (minimum age 15)
Course and format
The bike uses a circuit on quiet rural lanes, ridden anti-clockwise. The short distance is one bike loop, the standard distance is two loops. The run is a flat, tarmac out-and-back of 3 km; the pre-bike run is one lap for short and two laps for standard, with a final 3 km run after the bike.
Entry and other information
Early bird individual entry is £31 until 1 April 2026, then £36. Relay entries have separate prices (£37 early, then £42). Two- and three-person team entries are available for a £6 supplement. Non-British Triathlon members must buy a race pass: £2 (age 24 and under) or £8 (age 25 and above). A service fee applies to sign-ups. Every participant receives a gift and a finisher's medal. Ten percent of entry fees will be donated to St Richard’s Hospice. The organiser may withhold refunds for cancellations and may reroute or cancel the cycle leg if conditions make the route unsafe.
