Bimbo Global Race by Dempster's : Toronto, October 4, 2026
The event takes place in person at Ashbridges Bay Boat Launch / Ashbridges Bay Park, 1561 Lake Shore Blvd E, Toronto, with a virtual option for remote participation. Three main distances are offered:
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 3 km
The 10 km and 5 km distances are officially sold out. In-person registration includes a race kit (t-shirt, race bib), a swag bag, a post-race lunch featuring Dempster's products, and the official 2026 medal. Virtual participants are not eligible to receive a race packet.
Participants aged 16 and under receive free registration but must register. Complimentary baggage check is available on event day; bags are tagged with bib numbers and must be reclaimed with the bib. The event is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Water and first aid stations will be located approximately every 2 kilometres and near the start and finish areas. Participants are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles. Portable washrooms and park facilities are available. Dogs are allowed during the 3 km walk and must be kept on a leash. Strollers are permitted.
The North York Harvest Food Bank will be on site to collect non‑perishable food toward a 100,000 lb goal. The event also donates 20 slices of bread to Canadian food banks for every in-person participant.
Parking is available at the Green P lot at Ashbridges Bay but capacity is very limited and parking costs are not covered. Public transit directions are provided for reaching the park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
