Gingerbread Lane is a holiday-themed race at McAllister Park Pavilion #5 in San Antonio, Texas on 12/20/2026. The event offers in-person and virtual options and provides a tee shirt and finisher medal to all finishers.

• Kids Dash, 50 meters, for ages 10 and under, not timed
• 1 Mile, not chip timed, includes tee shirt and medal
• 5K, chip timed, 3.11 miles, includes trophies and age group pins
• 10K, chip timed, 6.22 miles, includes Bigfoot trophies and age group pins
• Virtual Run, 6.22 miles
• Volunteer then Run 5K, limited to the first 20 participants, includes chip timing, tee shirt, and medal

The 5K and 10K feature standard age group awards including 1st overall male and female trophies, masters recognition for 40+, and 1st–3rd place pins across age brackets from 10 and under through 70+. A costume contest is held with prizes such as two free entries to a future Bigfoot race, a trophy, and a holiday treats bucket. Aid stations will provide water on course and mixed surfaces including paved trails, crushed granite, and some dirt may be encountered.

Packet pickup is offered starting 1.5 hours before the race. Shirt availability is guaranteed up to 10 days before the event.
