Event overview
The Bigfoot Classic - Austin takes place on January 11, 2026 at NE Metro Park in Pflugerville, TX 78660. The event includes multiple race options and a costume contest decided by the crowd. Music will be provided during the event and runners will be announced as they finish. The race proceeds in all weather conditions.

- 5K - 3.11 miles, chip timed.
- 10K - 6.22 miles, chip timed.
- 15K - 9.33 miles, chip timed.

Race services and awards
All finishers receive a shirt and a medal. The 5K, 10K and 15K are chip timed and include 1st overall trophies for male and female finishers, masters recognition pins, and age-group award pins across standard age brackets. Aid stations with water are provided on course. Packet pickup is offered starting 1.5 hours before the event start time. The Kids Dash includes a recognition pin and event photos captured by the race crew.
Volunteering and course
A full race volunteer option earns a race shirt, VIP race access, and a choice of a free future race entry or a $20 prepaid digital gift card. Course surfaces may include paved trails, crushed granite and some dirt paths. The Volunteer then Run option requires arriving 1.5 hours before start and is limited in capacity.
