Bigfoot 20 Mile Run

Bigfoot 20 Mile Run takes place in Cougar, Washington, starting at Marble Mountain Sno Park on Mount St. Helens. The 20-mile course follows the volcano’s southwestern flank on 100% single-track trails, weaving lava fields, stream crossings, old-growth forests, and high-country terrain.

It’s a remote, rugged route with limited aid—only one aid station for the 20-mile distance, reflecting its remoteness. Runners traverse Mt. St.

Helens’ backcountry and desolation zone, offering a magical yet challenging experience. A course map is available and registration closes ahead of race day; check-in is required at Marble Mountain Sno Park. A nine-hour cutoff applies for safety.
