Bigfoot 20 Mile Trail Race
The Bigfoot 20 mile begins at Marble Mountain Sno Park and follows the southwest side of Mount St. Helens. The route covers 20 miles of 100% single-track trails and is entirely on National Forest lands. The volcano that erupted in 1980 forms the backdrop for the course.
The route passes through volcanic terrain and features lava fields, stream crossings, old-growth forest and mountain trails with rocky sections and elevation changes. The course is designed for trail running and includes natural surface trails and single-track segments.
Course details list a 9 hour cutoff for the full distance. The event is scheduled for August 13, 2027; registration opens September 1, 2026 and closes July 31, 2027. All course mileage and location information refer to the published Mount St. Helens route and National Forest areas used for the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
