BEGU FITNESS CLUB

BEGU FITNESS CLUB is organised by Begu Run Club and combines a community 5K social run with post run recovery at Druid Street Saunas in London. The activity uses Druid Street Saunas as both the meeting point and the finish location; the venue address is 132 Druid Street, London SE1 2HH.

• 5K social run

The programme includes the 5K run followed by access to saunas and cold plunges for recovery, and time for participants to relax and connect. The event is presented for Lithuanians in London; non-Lithuanian partners and friends are welcome.

Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for check in, to get settled and to drop off bags before the run. The event is for people aged 18 and over and runs for approximately two hours. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
